Tsitsipas, Sinner, Zverev, De Minaur Feature In Doubles Draw

Jannik Sinner leads a deep list of singles stars who plan to pull double duty at the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters.

Despite having his sights set on returning to singles World No. 1 during the ATP Masters 1000, Sinner is making time to team with Zizou Bergs in an exceptionally strong doubles field. In the first round the duo will meet fellow singles stars Tomas Machac and Casper Ruud.

Stefanos Tsitsipas (pictured), who has played the event multiple times with his brother Petros, this year takes the court with another brother, 20-year-old Pavlos. They will meet Indian Wells champions and eighth seeds Guido Andreozzi and Manuel Guinard in the first round. Guinard won the doubles title last year with Monégasque Romain Arneodo, who this year is partnering French veteran Pierre-Hugues Herbert.

World No. 3 singles star Alexander Zverev will suit up with Marcelo Melo for the fourth time this year. The close friends won the Acapulco title in February but lost in the first round in Indian Wells and Miami.

Monaco’s Valentin Vacherot will again pair with Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech. The cousins, who reached the Indian Wells final on their team debut last month, will play fifth seeds Marcelo Arevalo and Mate Pavic.

Singles stars Alex de Minaur and Cameron Norrie face an interesting opener against Matteo Berrettini and Andrea Vavassori.

Top seeds Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos have reached the semi-finals or better at all four events they have contested this year, including last month in Indian Wells and Miami. They are 13-4 on the year.

Second seeds Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool seek their first title of the year and to regain momentum after winning just one match in Indian Wells and Miami.
