CHARITY ACTION

The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters and BNP Paribas are renewing the “Points for Change” initiative and committing to make a donation for every winning point in the main draw (singles and doubles) over an 8-day period.

Additionally, on the entertainment side, a setup at the Radar stand allows the public to measure their service speed for a contribution of €1 for 3 balls.

All proceeds will be entirely donated to the Groupement des Entreprises Monégasques in the fight against cancer: GEMLUC, under the Honorary Presidency of HSH Princess of Hanover.

Since its inception in 1973, with the support and under the Honorary Presidency of HSH Princess Grace, GEMLUC has continuously contributed to Monaco’s international reputation in cancer research.

CHILDREN’S DAY
Designed to offer not only entertaining but also educational and fun activities to all children present at the tournament on that day.
The day kicks off at 10:00 AM from the entertainment area. Children will receive a bag containing gifts and the “Surprise Rally” sheet which they must complete to participate in the end-of-day raffle.
They will then have the opportunity to visit a real initiation and instruction area under the supervision of qualified tennis teachers.
Around 4:00 PM, a big raffle will conclude this day.

THE GRAND TENNIS NIGHT

This Dinner-Show will take place from 8:30 PM in the Salle des Etoiles at the Sporting Monte-Carlo in the presence of tournament players.

THE SHOW

A new exclusive show will be presented at the 30th GRAND TENNIS NIGHT on the prestigious stage of the Salle des Etoiles.

In the first part, 3 international attractions will perform for the delight of our loyal clientele:

First, the dance group B UNIQUE CREW, “an exceptional fusion dance number”. Winners of the famous Indian reality show “Dance Plus”, these four Indian dancers have received invitations to global platforms such as “America’s Got Talent” and “Slovakia’s Got Talent” (Golden Buzzer!).
Next up will be the WHITE GOTHIC. An extraordinary strength act, “real human card castles”, performed by four Ukrainian athletes who have triumphed worldwide.
Followed by the dazzling LEA KYLE, French magic champion and European vice-champion. She has performed in shows such as “America’s Got Talent Live” where she received a Golden Buzzer for “a dazzling quick change act” like never seen before!
But the highlight of this 30th edition’s show will be provided by a superb dance troupe offering “ A Ballet On The Theme Of The Great Gatsby ”, by the dance company Limonada-Enrique Gasa Valga. In tribute to the novel by Francis Scott Fitzgerald enhanced with several works by Duke Ellington, Bing Crosby, Benny Goodman, Nat King Cole, and Freddie Mercury.

TOURNAMENT SHOPS

Four shops are located within the Monte-Carlo Country Club grounds:

  • On the ground floor of the Pavilion des Pins located to the East of the Club-House.
  • In the Commercial Village.
  • In the Public Village (south of the site).
  • Opposite the Wild Card bar

You will find all products (men, women, and children) from the official Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters line, as well as products from the Monte-Carlo Country Club collections manufactured by the Korean company Sergio Tacchini and the Italian company Replay. You can also find numerous articles and souvenirs.

 


 

BUS – BOAT-BUS

Thanks to the collaboration with the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco, all spectators with their tournament entry ticket can use the Principality’s bus lines for free.

This advantage also applies to the boat-bus that crosses the port of Monaco when you park at the Digue and des Pêcheurs Parking.

The Alpes-Maritimes Department Council also strengthens line 100 of its bus network during the tournament.

 


 

LOUNGE CLUB

In collaboration with Moët & Chandon, the Tournament offers all lodge ticket holders an ideal relaxation space to meet with family, friends, or business partners, over a drink or snack in a relaxing and cozy atmosphere.
The Lounge Club is located on the 1st floor of the Pavilion des Pins.

Opening Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM without interruption.

Bar service and tapas (drinks payable on site).

LOST AND FOUND

There are three, located at entrances 2 – 3 and 4, and they allow spectators to deposit their small personal items for a fee of €5 per item.
This service is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm every day.
Please inquire before your visit about items not covered.
(Suitcases and large objects are prohibited).
A “Lost and Found” office is available every day at entrance 3 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

 


 

ELECTRONIC ACCESS CONTROL

The 4 access gates to the Tournament have a mandatory security check line.

A list of unauthorized items is available on our website.

A technological and innovative security system is set up at each entrance to improve the access comfort of our spectators and reduce waiting times.

Also, all access passes are linked to an electronic control validating your access at the 4 tournament gates.

Only tickets obtained from official sales points guarantee access to the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters.

ATTENTION: Exiting the tournament grounds is final.

 


 

CHILDREN

Entry to the Tournament is free for children under 5 accompanied by at least one responsible person (upon presentation of identification).

Since no seats are allocated to them, they must sit on the laps of their accompanying adults.

 


 

ENTERTAINMENT AREA

Between matches, the Tournament’s public, young and old alike, can visit the Entertainment Area located behind Court No. 2 and in the immediate vicinity of entrance 4.

You will find:

  • A Radar Service stand, where you can test the speed of your serve. Funds raised will be entirely donated to the GEMLUC foundation, which fights against cancer. (Free for children on the day dedicated to them).
  • A Video Games stand to play virtual tennis or other electronic games with PS4, WII, Nintendo SWITCH, and X-BOX consoles provided by the Tournament management.
  • Several fun workshops are also set up including, among others, two mini-tennis courts to hit balls with certified instructors or tournament players,
  • A passing game and a drawing workshop, open all week.

New this year:

A digital wall: Individual, battle, or team challenge the digital wall.

 


 

ICE CREAM

Ice cream is available for sale in the alleys of the Monte-Carlo Country Club:

  • In the Commercial Village
  • In the Public Village
  • Near the MCCC Pool.
  • In front of the main Boutique, behind the K Tribune, Italy side.

LINE JUDGES

Recruited in Monaco, France, and abroad by arbitration officials, the approximately 70 line judges are dressed by Replay. There are 18 nationalities represented this year.

 


 

LEAGUE

The management of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters works closely with the Tennis League of Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur, chaired by Mr. Christophe Demoisson, the 4th League in France with over 105,000 members.
Note that the League consists of six Departmental Committees, in particular the Alpes-Maritimes Committee chaired by Mr. Jean-Marie Vives and the Var Committee chaired by Mr. Alain Villaume.

 


 

LOGES

Individualized lodges, located in the immediate vicinity of Court Rainier III, allow you to attend the Tournament in exceptional conditions, close to the players and at the heart of the game.

These lodges are rented for the 9 days of the Tournament. They can accommodate from 4
to 20 people and there are approximately 325 lodges on Court Rainier III.

Advantages associated with booking a lodge:

  • Gather your guests in a private space at the edge of Court Rainier III.
  • Personalization of tickets with the company logo and panel indicating the name of the company or the holder on the lodge.
  • One or two parking macarons (depending on the lodge’s capacity).
  • Welcome desk at entrance 2 reserved for lodge and VIP clientele.

Holders of A and Prestige lodges benefit from numerous additional services including the “Loge Bar” (accessible via the “Galerie des Vainqueurs”) where they can meet for a drink or snack.

Each lodge ticket holder has exclusive access to the “Club des Loges”, a relaxation and conviviality space.

 


 

MONTE-CARLO COUNTRY CLUB

The Monte-Carlo Country Club is an iconic tennis club affiliated with the Monégasque and French Tennis Federations with over 2,200 members.

Over more than 3 hectares, 21 clay courts including 2 covered and 19 lit courts as well as 2 hard courts are harmoniously arranged in tiers facing the sea.

Throughout the year, the MCCC offers quality services. Its restaurant “Le Club House” and its panoramic terrace, the Wild Card Bar with its breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, a fitness center facing the Mediterranean spread over
3 levels of 170 m2 each, 2 squash courts, a 6-hole putting green as well as a Boutique/Pro-shop of 155 m2.

Other activities are also available: table tennis, snooker, sauna, jacuzzi, massages as well as seminar rooms. From May to September, members can also enjoy the 25-meter mirror pool, heated, with whirlpools and a counter-current swimming system as well as its restaurant.

Every year in April, the Club welcomes more than 140,000 visitors for 9 days on the occasion of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, the prestigious ATP Masters 1000 that marks the beginning of the clay court season for the world’s top players.

To further satisfy our customers, we have created 26 additional lodges in the S Tribune facing the sea.

Modification of the slope of the S Tribune:

For the first time in a temporary tribune, a variation in slope will improve the viewing angle of the court.

A contemporary way of filming

New production practices and new technologies used for ultra-attractive image broadcasts… On the way to new, more spectacular possibilities for reporting matches… the Tournament is ushering in a new television era. Technologies that rise to new heights: Drone, Bird’s cam…

New poster

This year we have chosen to innovate and therefore have commissioned the Nice-based artist Eric Garence to create our poster for the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters 2024. This new poster provides a new perspective that has never been represented before, namely a view from the sea.

Photobooth

A fun, interactive, and quick experience to capture unforgettable moments during the Tournament.

New dining area

A new dining area called “Le Break Point” appears at entrance No. 4. The space will include an expanded terrace offering more seating as well as a covered area. A wide range of products will be offered but also a “healthy” offer including a wide range of salads.
A big screen is installed in this area.

 


 

HOSPITALITY PACKAGES

They include a prime seat on Court Rainier III (Lodge, Super, 1st or 2nd category), privileged access to the VIP Village, an aperitif, and a gourmet lunch in various Tournament restaurants. The Official Magazine and a souvenir gift are also included in these Packages which allow you to experience an unforgettable moment of relaxation at the heart of one of the world’s greatest tennis tournaments.

SPORTS BETTING

Despite the proliferation of online betting in recent years, we inform spectators, in accordance with French laws, that it is strictly forbidden to engage in betting within the stadium premises. Offenders risk immediate exclusion and, if necessary, legal action.

No ticket holder may collect, transmit, publish, or edit any statistics or information related to a match from the tournament grounds during its course.

 


 

PARKING

A “special tournament package” of €8 for the day is granted to spectators upon presentation of their tickets, in certain parking lots in the Principality of Monaco (see parking situation map in the Access Guide or on the Tournament website, “Practical Information” section).

 


 

PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

Persons with reduced mobility (PRM) can benefit from special conditions on Court Rainier III, Court des Princes, or Court No. 2, as well as parking spaces in close proximity to Court Rainier III, provided they go through the reservation process and submit documentation ahead of the Tournament.

Furthermore, the organizing team is available to assist persons with reduced mobility in facilitating movement throughout the stadium.

 


 

PERSONNEL

The majority of event personnel are recruited by the company ADECCO, the official partner of the Tournament. Parking attendants, controllers, ushers, drivers, etc… Nearly 850 individuals work for the Tournament.

 


 

TOURNAMENT DAILY

From Saturday, April 6 to Sunday, April 14, it is distributed for free at various entrances to the Tournament. Available on the official Tournament application.

 


 

BALL BOYS

There are 80 ball boys, tennis enthusiasts aged between 13 and 15. They undergo training at the Monte-Carlo Country Club every Saturday in the month of March and all receive equipment from the Italian company Sergio Tacchini, the official sports equipment supplier of the Tournament.

 


 

TICKET REFUND

The Tournament organization has taken out insurance allowing ticket refunds in case of rain under certain conditions:

  • tickets must have been reserved and paid for before the relevant day.
  • if, on the day in question, there has been less than an hour and a half of play on the relevant court (Rainier III or Court des Princes) between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Tickets meeting the above conditions must be returned to SMETT within five days following the end of the Tournament, with the postmark serving as proof. The procedure is outlined on the back of each ticket. Subscriptions will be refunded on a pro rata basis.

It offers numerous advantages:

  • possibility to choose and visualize seats.
  • obtaining the best seating, as seats are allocated in the order of reservation requests received. The earlier you reserve, the better your seat!
  • choice between electronic tickets or traditional tickets sent to your home by “tracked” mail, or the option to pick them up on-site on the day of your visit to the Tournament at the entrance 3 ticket office.
  • access to the official Tournament resale platform.
  • possibility of rain refund (subject to specific conditions).
  • personalization of tickets in the client’s name.
  • access to the “Special Tournament” package in numerous parking lots in the Principality.
  • free bus rides on the Monégasque urban network upon presentation of the tennis ticket.

OFFICIAL RESALE

The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters will allow for the safe and official resale of tickets (excluding boxes, packages, discounted prices) in case of inability to attend or illness approaching the Tournament.

We remind you that each Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters access ticket is nominative and only the buyer registered in the ticket office can justify access to the Tournament in case of inspection.

The official resale website of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters is the only one guaranteeing the validity of access tickets to the Tournament exclusively. Therefore, for your safety, we remind you that ticket purchases outside of ticket offices and through unofficial websites are at the buyer’s own risk.

We recommend being very vigilant as all tickets acquired from unofficial websites may be denied entry to the Tournament without any compensation.

ROQUEBRUNE CAP MARTIN

The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters takes place in France, on the territory of Roquebrune Cap Martin, a municipality led by Mr. Patrick Césari, its mayor. The relationship between the municipal teams and the Tournament is excellent, allowing for the organization of the event under the best conditions.

EMERGENCY SERVICE

Emergency services (Firefighters and Departmental Unit of Firefighters of the Alpes-Maritimes) are grouped within a centralized security PC located at the corner of the upper terrace of Allée Baronne Elizabeth-Anne de Massy. Contact with a resuscitating physician is also planned. A tent for the treatment of bodily emergencies is located at Entrance 3.

SMETT

The Monegasque Society for the Exploitation of the Tennis Tournament (SMETT) is responsible for organizing, promoting, and operating the ATP Masters 1000 tournament, the “Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters.” It was created in 2005.

 


 

TELEVISION

The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters has extensive international television coverage with very high-quality production ensured by over thirty cameras covering all competition and training courts.

The return of the “Birds” camera to capture players up close, and conversely, for aerial views and wide angles, the use of a drone positioned at the level of the Monte-Carlo Bay.

The production of match images is carried out by the ATP Masters 1000 themselves via the company ATP Media, allowing each Tournament to have control over the broadcasted images.

During its 2023 edition, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters benefited from 8,031 hours of broadcasts on five continents and reached nearly 38.4 million viewers.

TENNIS CLUBS

An advantageous package is offered for Tennis Clubs starting from 10 tickets purchased on the same day, in the same category.

A specific rate in each category is granted, subject to availability. This offer cannot be combined with the Court Rainier III / Court des Princes package.

Groups that have not purchased their tickets in advance will not be able to benefit from this offer at the ticket counters.

STAMPS

The Office of Stamp Issues of the Principality of Monaco (OETP) and the Post Office are present throughout the Tournament with a stand located on the Esplanade des Princes.

Visitors can purchase philatelic products and frank postcards and letters with beautiful Monaco stamps.

A Tournament stamp, issued especially for the event, is available to philatelists.

 


 

TRAIN

You can reach the Club by train thanks to the SNCF stop called “Monte-Carlo Country Club,” located less than 500 meters from entrance 4.

Several trains stop there in the morning and evening, allowing spectators to benefit from a real “regional metro” service. Timetables are available at departure stations and on the Tournament website:

OFFICIAL TRANSPORT

Maserati, Official Partner of the Tournament, provides the organization with a fleet of vehicles for the transportation of players, officials, VIPs, and the press.

 


 

TROPHIES

The Men’s Singles Trophy is offered by H.S.H. The Sovereign Prince of Monaco.

The Men’s Doubles event is sponsored by the City of Monaco, and the trophies are named “Coupe de la Ville de Monaco” (Monaco City Cup).

 


 

VILLAGES

The VIP Village is probably the most sought-after location at the Tournament.

Key partners host their guests in private and beautifully arranged spaces.

This access is reserved for partners and their guests.

A new village between land and sea

Under the impetus of its president Miss Melanie-Antoinette de Massy, eager to affirm the Mediterranean identity of this exceptional site with its panoramic view, the prestigious courts of the Monte-Carlo Country Club will host for the second consecutive year a new concept of village redesigned and modified, so that all terraces are oriented to favor a sea and South exposure.

A restaurant located inside the VIP Village allows hosting guests from the boxes or clients of Hospitality packages.

This restaurant is operated by the prestigious caterer Lenôtre.

Two commercial villages are also accessible to the public. You will find tennis-related sports equipment brands as well as Tournament partners, exhibitors, and official Tournament shops.
