BOOTH SET-UP
Each booth comes equipped with: flooring, carpet, stretched fabric on the partitions, flat cotton canopy, electrical connection, two counters, and two high chairs.
You have the option to install a storage area with a door inside the booth.
A sign bearing the name/logo of your company or brand will be installed on the front of the booth.
TICKETING
Each booth includes two (2) second-category subscriptions for Court Rainier III for the entire duration of the tournament (i.e., 2 tickets per day for 9 days).
ACCESS & CREDENTIALS
Each exhibitor receives two (2) personalized badges with photos for the booth managers. Additional access passes will be issued for other team members working at the booth.
The organizer provides one (1) parking space near the tournament grounds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Outside of the public opening hours of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, the organizer will provide booth cleaning and security.
EXHIBITOR’S RESPONSIBILITY
The booth holder is responsible for booth decoration.
They are also in charge of the technical equipment and internet connections necessary for customer payment (coordination with Orange).
Any floral decoration, staff salaries, and insurance for goods stored in the booth and its storage area are also at the exhibitor’s expense.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Booth installation takes place during the week preceding the start of the tournament.
The organizer is not able to receive, handle, or store exhibitors’ goods.
Location of the Tournament Villages
