Charities and causes


Marin Cilic supports two causes in Monte-Carlo: Special Olympics and Fight Aids. Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Fight Aids, founded by Princess Stéphanie in 2004, assists those living with HIV/AIDS and aims to prevent and de-stigmatise the disease through education.

Program of Saturday 11 April :

2.30-2.45 pm: Tie-break match with Marin Cilic and Andreas Seppi together with two Special Olympics athletes

2.45-3.05 pm: 1st Singles match Milos Raonic vs Marin Cilic

3.15-3.30 pm: Doubles match with Milos Raonic & Ivan Ljubicic vs Marin Cilic & Thomas Johansson

3.40-4.00 pm: 2nd Singles match Grigor Dimitrov vs Rafael Nadal
